RAMON MAGSAYSAY MEMORIAL COLLEGES

Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Colleges is one of the best schools here in General Santos City. Luckily, it was said to be "The Home of the Best" that's why there are also a lot of students prefer to enroll in this school aside from MSU.
I am taking up a course of Bachelor of Science in Office administarion in RMMC for I believe that this school would give me those knowledge that I need. Being part of RMMC or let's say being an RMMC'ian is a great privilege. I am thankful also for being a part of FGM family. And, I am proud to be part of RMMC family.

As a private and non-sectarian educational institution, RMMC has been serving the people of South Central Mindanao since 1960. This institution is dedicated to unleash your potential by providing affordable holistic education.The college offers a range of two-year Associate's and four-year bachelor's degrees in accountancy, the liberal arts, business, engineering, information technology, education, social work, and criminology, as well as a graduate program in education.


It is an institution with a Level 1 Accreditation valid until October 2012 from The Federation of Accrediting Agencies of the Philippines (FAAP) after meeting the required standards set forth by the Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA).


In the years to come, Ramon Magsaysay Memorial College is bent on receiving accreditation for its other programs as well. Last July 2010, seven of its programs - namely Civil Engineering, Accountancy, High School, Information Technology, MA in Education, Office Administration, and Computer Science- have been subjected to Consultancy Visits.

Ramon Magsaysay Memorial College is dedicated to creating innovation and propagating quality instruction, research and development, and community service through the mobilization and maximization of internal and external resources. It aims to establish solid sectoral and industrial connections as well as uphold diverse cultures committed towards the development of competent and responsible citizens.

Objectives

RMMC shall strive to offer well-balanced and relevant courses designed to produce quality graduates capable of responding to the demands and challenges of the times.
It shall strive to design an effective research and development program offering practical interventions to the needs of the school as well as the community.
It shall aim to create a comprehensive and developmental human resource management and developmental program catering to the needs of the human and social capital resources as well as foster healthy relationships.It aims to create a responsive community extension program promoting humanitarian pursuits.
It is looking forward to setting up a systematic and strategic management program for the purpose of planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating the overall operations of the school.

Courses Offered

Ramon Magsaysay Memorial College is a privately owned non-sectarian institution offering various 2-year and 4-year courses in Information Technology, Accountancy, Liberal Arts, Business, Engineering, Criminology, Education, and Social Work as well as Graduate Studies in Education.

It is an institution with a Level 1 Accreditation valid until October 2012 from The Federation of Accrediting Agencies of the Philippines (FAAP) after meeting the required standards set forth by the Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA).

Its Business Education/Commerce, Criminology, and Liberal Arts programs have achieved Level 1 accreditation while its Elementary Education and Secondary Education courses have reached Candidate Level. In the years to come, Ramon Magsaysay Memorial College is bent on receiving accreditations for its other programs as well. Last July 2010, seven of its programs - namely Civil Engineering, Accountancy, High School, Information Technology, MA in Education, Office Administration, and Computer Science- have been subjected to Consultancy Visits.

Aside from these courses, RMMC likewise offers three TESDA Accredited Programs namely Medical Transcription, Contact Center Services, and a Ladder zed BS Information Technology.
